We searched for a loyalty program to replace our cardboard coffee cards
that was simple for our customers to use and worked seamlessly across our network
of busy cafes.
Coffee Stamp does just that and after four years we no longer use cardboard cards.
We can now reach out to our customer database quickly and easily, it’s been a great
fit for our business.
We’ve integrated Coffee Stamp into sixty one busy service stations nation wide to compliment
our customer loyalty program. The platform is simple to use and hassle free with thousands of stamps
being given out every day. Customers only need to use their phone number, no app required which
makes it easy for everyone. The development team are local and just a phone call away and
couldn’t be more helpful.
Coffee Stamp works well in our Caltex Stores in the Manawatu. Our baristas are busy all day and they
need things to work without problems. Coffee Stamp has been trouble free and hundreds of our customers
have switched from carrying around their cardboard card to using the program. Customers stamps are the same
no matter which store they’re in, it’s been a good improvement to out sites.
When I opened Belle Cafe I decided to leave the coffee cards behind. Coffee Stamp offered the
perfect solution and a phone call later the team had me up and running. My customers love not having
to carry around ‘another’ card in their wallets. We haven’t looked back.
We’re a busy cafe in Queenstown and anything that helps to streamline our operation is
a big help. We chose Coffee Stamp because our customers told us they wanted something that
would replace their traditional coffee cards. The program works great, our customers put their
own Stamps in, simple and easy.
