• To enable you to use the Coffee Stamp loyalty platform both in participating stores and online.

Understanding The Use Of Your Email Address

• When you join Coffee Stamp online your email address is required.
• When you join Coffee Stamp at a participating store your email address is optional.
• Your email address is required in order to use the online ordering facility.
• When you join Coffee Stamp, your email address is automatically made available to the cafe with whom you joined. They may or may not decide to send you promotional material and news updates regarding their establishment and service.
• You can decide to share your email address with further participating Coffee Stamp stores if you would like to receive emails from them. This must be done manually by you, using the Coffee Stamp device in the store of your choice.
• We will never share your email address with any other participating store. Neither will we ever share your email address with any third-party organization.
• We can not be held responsible for email correspondence you receive from your chosen cafe/store or any other organization they are in association with. We do however recommend best practices to them regarding their correspondence to you including the use of unsubscribe links in any correspondence and correct handling of their direct marketing initiatives.
• We do reserve the right to send you emails where required regarding news or updates relating to the Coffee Stamp platform. You will always be able to opt-out or unsubscribe from these emails.
• We reserve the right to delete your email address from the Coffee Stamp database of all or any participating stores upon your request.

Understanding the use of your physical address

• We ( including participating stores ) have no use for your physical address. Collection of your physical address is a new initiative in response to the Coronavirus outbreak and government ‘Guest Register’ requirements.
• Your physical address is contained only in the Coffee Stamp database and is not made available to participating stores.
• The Coffee Stamp ‘Guest Register’ is maintained for four weeks as per regulations.
• The contents of the ‘Guest Register’ will only be shared with New Zealand government agencies if requested.
